The Easiest Pancakes You’ll Ever Make

Don’t those pancakes look delicious?

What if I told you that they are the easiest pancakes you’ll ever make?

Seriously.

The ‘traditional’ recipe calls for two ingredients. I added chocolate powder to my pancakes for a grand total of three ingredients. No joke. Do you believe me now? These really are the easiest pancakes you’ll ever make. If not, please tell me a better recipe that doesn’t include a ready-made ‘just shake’ pancake mix.

Just thinking about these pancakes is making me drool. Just a little 😉 They really are just that good.

So good that I’m going to share the recipe with you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon drinking chocolate (optional)

Method:

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Beat the egg.
  3. Mix the egg and banana together.
  4. Stir in the chocolate powder.
  5. Cook like regular pancakes!

That’s it!

I told you that they would be the easiest pancakes you’ll ever make 😉

I started making these years ago when I was looking for a healthier alternative to my pancake addiction. I found it in this recipe. I’ve played with it over the years and I’ve always had the same results: delicious.

You can add anything you want to these pancakes and they’ll still taste delicious. I’ve made gingerbread pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, strawberry pancakes, and vanilla pancakes. It only takes a few extra ingredients and I can guarantee they’ll still be the easiest (and most delicious) pancakes you’ll ever make.

Don’t believe me?

Just go ahead and try them.
