Making :: I’m making plans for the week. Did you guys know that Street Eats is happening this weekend? I am way too excited for it. I am bound and determined to get there, even if it’s just for an hour. It’s also my friend’s birthday at the end of the month, so I’m determined to get to Hamilton as well. Here’s hoping it happens.
Drinking :: I’m drinking a weird kiwifruit-protein smoothie. It has kiwifruit, spinach, milk, yogurt, honey and Balance 100% Whey Protein powder. It tastes absolutely amazing and I’m in love with it. Seriously. Yum.
Reading :: If you saw my Twitter yesterday, then you would know that I’ve started reading a book called Criminological Theory by Werner J. Einstadter and Stuart Henry. I’m only a few pages in, but I’m obsessed. I’m remembering how much I like criminology.
Eating :: I discovered these AMAZING chocolate oat-y bars yesterday. Tasti Oaty Bakes, Triple Choc flavour. I don’t care if they’re good for you or not because I’m obsessed with them. I ate two yesterday and I regret absolutely nothing.
Wishing :: I’m wishing that I could wake up and be magically fit. Isn’t that everyone’s dream? Ha. I’m hitting the running track again, and I can tell exactly how unfit I am.
Enjoying :: I’m enjoying the semester break. College in New Zealand currently has a nice break right in the middle of the semester. Makes sense, no? I need this break so bad. Hallelujah. I may complain about college, but I do love it. College comes with a perk or two 😉 Student life rules.
Waiting :: I’m waiting for assignment results. I handed in two assignments in the last couple of weeks, and I’m freaking out. It was definitely not my best work, so I’m just hoping that I passed.
Wondering :: I’m wondering when I can go on an adventure. I want to get up and go somewhere. Anywhere. Fingers crossed I can get some money together to go on a fun one.
Hoping :: I’m hoping that I passed my assignments. Lord knows that I will not be happy with a fail. Both of the papers are internally assessed, so I don’t have a chance to make it up with an exam.
Wearing :: The weather is actually nice in Auckland, so I’m wearing shorts and shirt. It is nice and breezy and I love it.
Trying :: I’m trying to get motivated to get outside. The weather is so nice, but my legs are aching from my run this morning. I’m dying to get outside and read, but my whole body is saying “No, stay inside.”
Feeling :: Great. So good. Fabulous. Like I could move mountains. This exercising in the morning thing is good.
